New Year's Beginner Running and Wellness Program : Put the resolve in your resolution. If you're new to the wonderful sport of running or have never run a step then this program is for you!

January 14 - March 25: Group meets indoors at the YMCA on Tuesdays @ 6 PM and at the Scranton Running Co on Saturdays @ 11AM.
10 week training program culminating with the YMCA Run to Daylight 5k Run/Walk on 3/24/12.
Cost is only $35 per person for the entire program.
This program focuses on creating a positive, non-intimidating training environment and includes:
- FREE use of the Dunmore YMCA's facilities on Tuesday nights
- Scheduled group cross training on Tuesday nights including yoga, spinning, pilates, weight training instruction and more!
- Separate, individually focused groups broken out by experience and ability level
- Instruction on proper warm up and cool down
- Proper running form
- Breathing techniques
- Running/walking pace strategy
- Chance to meet new and like-minded people
- Brooks Pure Project product launch and shoe demonstration
